The PART National Child Welfare, Advocacy & Family Well-Being Summit is a Canada-wide virtual conference focused on strengthening evidence-informed practice across child welfare, child advocacy, family support, justice, education, research, policy, and community services.

 

Presentations will focus on how child welfare and family-serving systems can use research evidence, practice wisdom, community knowledge, and lived experience to better support children, youth, families, and communities.

Presenters and attendees will include professionals, researchers, students, leaders, advocates, cross-sectoral collaborators, caregivers, policymakers, and people with lived experience.

 

Across three intentionally connected days, participants will move through a shared learning journey: beginning upstream with prevention, family support, and belonging; moving to the experiences of children and youth in care; and concluding with the systems, partnerships, policies, and organizational conditions that shape practice.
